Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
